I’m a retired emergency room/shock trauma nurse. Perfection is hard to find however Dana was able to listen to me in 32 minutes and figured out what “I” really needed. Before I even had the privilege of meeting her as she was getting out of her vehicle she said “oh no! This isn’t the house for Kasey” because it was loud and I asked for quiet. She wasn’t offended she wasn’t pushy or pointing out what was great about the first house she KNEW with conviction to point elsewhere. In medicine that’s what make great nurses. Listening and really paying attention. I’d give her 6 stars if I could. I will recommend her to vets no matter where I go. You can take the nurse out of the hospital/field but not the true nurse. Well our journey started out a little rocky, but thanks to our realtor Dana Revels she stuck with the process even when I was ready to give up! Dana was very encouraging to both my husband and I. We started our process around the end of September- first week in October Dana stayed on top of things rather if it was checking my emails getting things back to the underwriter to making sure I returned calls back in a timely manner she was there.I say all of this to say us buying our new home wouldn't have happened if our realtor was not wanting this as bad as we wanted it for ourselves.well on November 6th we closed on our new home, and loving it! we're in such a nice neighborhood really great neighbors God is so awesome we thank you Dana for all your hard work.
